Cranfield Caligo Safe Wash Etching Inks

Glorious linseed oil-based etching inks with a buttery texture. They product professional results whilst being very user friendly and clean up really easily with just liquid hand soap and water.

The oil is derived from flax seeds: a renewable vegetable crop.

They are suitable for all types of intaglio printing including etching, aquatint, line engraving etc.

As will all oil-based inks, drying times can be improved by working in a warm room with good air flow.
