Specialist Crafts Diazo Dual Ink Stencil Emulsion

A professional quality stencil emulsion which works with solvent and water-based printing inks. It is supplied as a two-part mix, one tub of emulsion and a sachet of sensitiser. There is only a tiny amount of sensitiser in the sachet. Dissolve in a drop of warm water before mixing with emulsion. Mix them together thoroughly, then using a coating trough to coat the mesh evenly. Leave to dry in a dark place. Expose with an exposure unit such as those on page 425, then wash off the unexposed emulsion. To remove the emulsion from the screen use Stencil Strip powder, on page 424. Shelf life is 12 months unmixed and 4 weeks once mixed. Store in a cool dark place. 900g.
