Printing Barrens

Three types of barens to get the best printed results from apply gentle motions over the back of your paper covering your inked up artwork plate to get a downward even pressure and better printed results.

The Felt Base option is better to use on softer plates such as gelli plates and uneven surfaces. Wrap a small piece of soft leather around the inker to protect the felt base before using. Leather not supplied. The Metal Base option is better for hard etched plates.

PR134- 50mm x 40mm x 40mm – 6mm thick felt base

PR715 - 105mm x 105mm x 56mm – 6mm thick felt base (only approx. 3mm protrudes as the felt is embedded in the metal base)

PR716 - 105mm x 105mm x 54mm – no felt supplied, only hard plastic cover
