The SINGER 4423 Heavy Duty Sewing Machine is built for demanding sewing and textile work, combining a heavy-duty metal interior frame, stainless steel bed plate and powerful motor with a sewing speed of up to 1,100 stitches per minute.
With 23 built-in stitches, adjustable stitch length and up to 6mm stitch width, the 4423 provides plenty of flexibility for garment construction, textile projects and decorative sewing. Three needle positions offer additional control for different techniques, while the fully automatic 1-step buttonhole simplifies consistent buttonhole sewing.
The automatic needle threader speeds up preparation, while the top drop-in bobbin makes it easy to access the bobbin during use. Adjustable presser foot pressure, an extra-high presser foot lifter and a motor specified as 60% stronger provide greater flexibility when working with different fabrics and project requirements.
Additional features include a free arm for sleeves and other tubular pieces, automatic reverse and snap-on presser feet. A useful selection of feet, bobbins, needles and sewing accessories is supplied with the machine.
