Highly pigmented colours in powder form. Dilute with water to use for vibrant watercolour effects and creative ink techniques. Colours will stain so to protect skin and work surfaces. The pots have tiny perforated caps so powder can be controlled when mixing with water or try sprinkling on to damp paper for star burst effects.
